Abstract: We would like to propose a study for the spatial distribution of the galactic morphology and their kinematical types in the cluster environment. The galactic morphology and kinematic morphology have been investigated for large cluster environment, i.e. Virgo, Fornax and Coma clusters (Cappellari et al. 2013, Scott et al. 2014, Cappellari 2016). They reported early type galaxies are located more near the center (the morphology-density relation) and slow rotators whose stellar rotation is weak are frequent near the cluster center (the kinematical morphology-density relation). Utilizing the advantage of Hector survey, we would like to study these two relations in various clusters. Also, we will add one more galactic characteristic, the misalignment of the gas component with respect to the stellar component. We aim to investigate 1) galaxy morphology, 2) rotational strength (spin parameter), and 3) the misalignment between gas and stars within each cluster and depending on the local density of clusters. With various cluster samples, this study will help to understand the dynamics within the cluster environment and the mass assembly process.
Needed data products: galaxy morphology, stellar/gas velocity maps, environmental parameters (local density, cluster phase-space)
